What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The satisfaction of helping others, information sharing, establishing relationships, overcoming obstacles, and encouraging lifelong learning are all made possible by tutoring. Making a difference, improving comprehension, establishing rapport, coming up with solutions, and remaining intellectually engaged all lead to satisfaction. The benefits come from assisting students, demystifying difficult ideas, fostering relationships, overcoming challenges, and learning more.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a 20-year-old first-year student studying Biomedical Science at ECU Joondalup, I am passionate about science and education. With my previous experience as a STEM Educator and IELTS teacher, I have honed my teaching skills and ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds. I am a fast learner and work well under pressure, and I am committed to applying my knowledge and skills to the desired field. I reckon hard-work and perseverance are two of my crucial strengths which help to achieve my goals with flying colors.
Most important things I can do for a student π
A tutor's main duties include giving students individualized guidance, breaking down difficult concepts, encouraging critical thinking, boosting confidence, creating a supportive environment, setting goals, promoting efficient study techniques, encouraging a love of learning, working with stakeholders, and providing flexible support. The individualized learning experience, academic advancement, self-assurance, and general growth of the learner are all influenced by these acts.
