To be patient enough to make the student understand the concepts and mould the student to be capable enough to apply the concepts in the real life.
Listen, explain and communicate with students efficiently and build a healthy and friendly relationship with them. I am efficient in time management and I can multitask and work even under pressure.…
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is have a patient mindset and understand that they might have to explain one concept in multiple different ways in order to help the student understand the subject Having 3 younger siblings myself my best strength as a tutor is knowing how to understand and tutor different age groups based on…
Actually care about them and their improvement. Being a tutor is more than just a 1 hour session with them. We need to be considering each individual students needs and give them a personalised lesson based on their personality and capabilities. -Planning and organisation of lessons
-Patience and ability to take different approaches if they…
Provide adequate motivation and encouragement. A tutor is only half responsible for the student's progress, and the student is responsible for the other half through their own work and perseverance. It is therefore crucial that a tutor teaches not only content, but also good work ethic to a student by encouraging and motivating them to work hard…
One of the key aspects of teaching is adapting a student-centred approach. Every student is different - learning with different styles and at different paces. This makes is highly valuable for a tutor to be considerate and take into account the students' needs. A tutor must be willing to answer any questions the student has and consistently assess…
I believe the most important things a tutor can provide are motivation and discipline. I might not be the smartest tutor, but I’m there to accompany my students, help them trust themselves, remind them of their goals, and keep them disciplined in their studies whenever they feel lost. It’s not about how fast they progress but about the…
It is most important to make the student enjoy the lesson in a way that they would not think of it as obligatory but rather make the students truly want to learn. Also, a tutor should acknowledge the students hard work and struggles, not only their high results. I am very patient since all children have different speeds when it comes to learning.…
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to boost their self-confidence and self belief so they understand their capabilities to perform well in their academics. My biggest strength as a tutor is my adaptable teaching style. I am able to modify my teaching style to the preference and learning style of my students so they can learn…
Tutors should execute multiple duties to ensure students' needs are met exceptionally. One duty includes building interpersonal relationships with students and creating a supportive environment so that learners will feel comfortable and encouraged to engage in lessons. Tutors should also have a solid grasp of the concepts being taught. Expertise…
The most important attribute a tutor should have for a student is making them feel welcomed and included so they are comfortable to ask as many questions as they need and make as many mistakes as needed. When a student is comfortable with their tutor, they aren’t afraid to keep asking questions which allows them to learn best. Listening to a…
A tutor must first comprehend the student's needs and difficulties. Make them feel safe enough to tell me about their weaknesses in the topic area. Creating a comfortable environment is the key thing that I focus on. I am very patient and adaptable. Depending on the pace of the students, I use various teaching strategies.
I establish a…
The most crucial thing a tutor can do for a student is to be adaptable and have strong communication skills. Adability is crucial because not every student learns in the same way. I always adjust my approach in accordance with the needs and areas of difficulty of the student. It's crucial that I continue to be adaptable so that I can modify my…
> Understand how a particular student thinks and grasps the concept and then cater the content according to that.
> plan a schedule and what contents tutor will cover.
> have at-least a 1 hour session to handle all the queries that the student might have and help him through those. Math, IT, Engineering and English are my strengths, I have a…
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is give them the confidence to excel independently, without them, following the guidance they provide. I believe I am friendly, approachable and can teach in a way that is simple for the student to understand. I also see myself as honest and reliable, allowing students and parents alike to…
I think the best tutors teach at a speed that the student requires. If a tutor is impatient, not only does it reduce what the student learns but also discourages them from asking for help. Tutors need to accommodate each specific student, as each one is different. I have been studying for a Bachelor of Law/Arts for the past four years. This study…
Have fun make sure they’re learning and improving each and every lesson. Obviously bumping up grades.
But before that comes there is the massive component where the tutor is able to let the student feel like they actually know what they're doing. Instilling confidence in someone and helping them to not feel dumb can change the way they approach learning and improve everything about their academic life. Coming from…
Actively listening to what the student had to say in regards to what they understand and what they struggle with is very important. Letting the student also feel involved in their learning, as opposed to being ordered around sets up a safe environment for the student. I am open minded to the ways other people find they learn best, allowing myself…
Tutoring allows you to know your students better and know their individual needs. Students who go see their teachers during office hours for tutoring perform better because their questions are answered in one-on-one tutoring. I believe in equity. I struggled in school. My parents weren't very educated and couldn't help me with my homework. They…

Mihika is doing very well with both Lachlan and Courtney, they are building up a rapport together and their exam results have been improved. It certainly has boosted their confidence and we they like their tutor.
I just wanted to thank you Ezymath for helping my son to understand the curriculum of year 10 math. My son found his teacher would repeat the same thing over and by having an ezymath tutor he was able to hear it explained in a different way and as often as needed for him to understand it. He came 2nd in his class and passed with confidence. I also found our tutor to be reliable, responsible and patient and I will be calling again when my daughter needs help with her math, which will probably be earlier than year 10. Thank you again for supplying a tutor so quickly.
Working for EzyMath tutoring gave me a sense of strong responsibility and a feeling of accomplishment. I felt as though I had not only taken up a teaching role, but a mentoring role as well. The staff are there to help if you need it as well as a strong community of colleagues to access for support. I would recommend EzyMath tutoring to any clients and fellow tutors.
