What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I love helping people because that is what the world is all about, helping people at the point of their need. I love to help students so that they can progress in their academic endeavours. Meeting students from diverse backgrounds helps me to foster strong relationships with them and make new friends. These are what enjoy most about tutoring-helping and making new friends.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I have patience and I can tolerate students. As students are different, they grasp concepts differently and so, having patience and tolerance to repeat yourself until that last one person gets it right is important.
As a tutor, I am available and accessible to my students, and they can get access to me even after tutoring. I have time to attend all their quests as and when neccessary.
Most important things I can do for a student π
Providing constructive feedback to students is particularly important in the learning process. Giving them feedback helps them to appreciate whether they are making progress or not. I believe that motivating students is a way of telling them that they can do anything they set their minds on and that includes getting an A in mathematics. A tutor should be able to create a welcoming learning environment where students are free and are able to express themselves without any fear. A tutor is a mentor to the students and therefore should be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of students
