What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I have always taken pride in being a high achiever and the only feeling better than achieving a high grade for yourself is helping someone else achieve one.
I was also not offered this assistance in school and it is something that would have definitely benefitted me, therefore I want to ensure more kids have access to academic support.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I am very understanding and patient. As a child who came to Australia not knowing any English, I can truly appreciate the diverse learning backgrounds and the need to adapt teaching styles for certain students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most significant aspect of tutoring is creating a safe space for students to be able to not only learn and understand difficult concepts, but develop critical thinking skills and traits that allow them to progress further than just the subject they are being tutored for.
