Being able to help out others and see them succeed in their desired areas. I am confident with my STEM skills and knowledge and received remarkable grades, ATAR and awards throughout high school. I was a curious kid since young and it gave me the sense of asking questions when something, even a tiniest thing, did not make sense. I asked many questions to teachers and that was how I did well in school. So now I can be the one who is able to answer all, if not, most of the questions students might have and I want to make them as exciting as I used to get when things I did not know got explained.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
At any point, I should be patient and follow their speed. If I tutor one person at a time, the biggest advantage would be being able to figure out in detail what they are struggling with. So, I can make small but definite improvements by giving them the different levels of questions, from the lowest they can do to the level they need to achieve.
