What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Seeing the student's eyes light up when they understand a topic and its applications in the real world. Seeing them build confidence in themselves and start to think critically rather than vaguely when looking at a problem while having fun doing it. Seeing the student achieve their goals and succeeding in their career has got to be one of the best achievements a tutor can accomplish.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

While many tutors go by the books, I try to make my students understand a concept not only theoretically but also how it relates to everything around us especially in the mathematics, physics and engineering subjects. Coming from an engineering and technology background myself, I know how important it is to have a proper foundation of the content taught in school to prepare yourself for the the reality of the world today and I am willing to deliver that wisdom and knowledge I've attained to create an impact in the student's career and improve their abilities to tackle problems head on.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Besides helping them understand and learn a topic, the tutor should also help the student master the topic through mastery learning. Mastery learning is a way of designing units of work so that each set of tasks focuses on a particular learning objective and students must master a task to move onto the next one. The tutor should also help the student better manage their time and workload in order for them to excel in all aspects of life and become all-rounded individuals so that they can think critically and solve tomorrow's problems today.
