What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Personally, tutoring helps in reaching out the upcoming modern mindsets where you enjoy exploring a different perspective of the kids you are teaching. Being a tutor, helps you feel lively among the toddlers with great number of responsibilities. Tutoring is a field which brings in immense pride over the success your kids get. There are a lot many things to enjoy as a tutor but for me, it's the challenges that comes on the way to understand other views and table down yours in that period
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, I feel my strengths lie in delivering knowledge and the confidence that one should attain. Describing my strength over delivering knowledge is because of my experience in iSEN as a mentor where I was taught how to interpret different student behaviors as well as strategies to make them understand a topic. Secondly, as I mentioned about taking tuition classes in my hometown, I had a bunch of kids with different choices and learning strategies. As a result. I learnt that delivering knowledge in an unique way is important. Also, being an outspoken person, confidence is inbuilt.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Firstly, the most important thing that a tutor should do is build up confidence in their kids that they have the potential to achieve their goals and are destined for the best. This instantly boosts up the kids for striving for accuracy and their dreams. Secondly, a tutor should never be a demotivator in any manner. This is important as any indirect demotivation can hinder a student's progress. Thirdly, a friendly approach should be incorporated in a tutor where she/he is wiling answering all doubts and concerns without any irritated expression. Lastly, a tutor should be realistic in all ways!
