Patience. I have taught many friends who were stuck on a problem for a long time. I understands how frustrating it can be for someone to not understand something so I like to approach teaching something by showing different angles and ways of thinking in order to help break it through to the person trying to understand. I can go on for hours and not feel bored or frustrated because the learning process is not meant to be easy.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Help them gain interest in what they're trying to study/learn. The problem with kids not wanting to learn isn't because the subject is hard, usually it's because they have no interest in the subject whatsoever. There's always a way to show someone the appeal of every single subject.
