The most important thing is to be of assistance. Every student has the potential to achieve good marks and be great at something. We as tutors need to learn and understand students as individuals. We need to guide and assist them as best as possible so they can forge there own career path. We were also students at one point in our life and we also had the guidance of great tutors to help us achieve the goals we needed to create our own career path.
