What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy connecting with the students to understand their goals and what they hope to achieve from their tutoring. Through this journey, I enjoy the value where I see the student grow not only in their subject but also as a person being confident in their skills. Another aspect I find valuable is sharing the beauty of mathematics as I learnt, through which it is not only the processing of numbers but a tool to use these skills beyond the classroom. This develops appreciation for mathematics, which encourages the student to learn and practice more, hence achieving greater results.

My strengths as a tutor begin with me being able to connect with the student allowing me to modify my own teaching strategies and methods in response to the students' learning strengths. This maximises the value for the students within their classes, hence encouraging them to achieve their goals.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor should never let down his students but always encourage them through their journey together. Through this, the student feels more comfortable with the tutor as the tutor's encouragement motivates the student to strive for greater results. This allows them to grow in confidence hence developing an intrinsic motivation to succeed. The role of a tutor or teacher is only satisfactorily completed if the student is able to maximise their potential and success.
