Although Lincoln is often confident in the answer he gets, he struggles to provide an explanation for his working and often responds with “I just worked it out”. He prefers not to fully understand the whys of problem-solving as it is easier to simply follow patterns. I will continue to work on this when we resume our lessons next year.
