What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The best part of tutoring is relearning the concepts I already know. It keeps my brain sharp, so it's incredibly rewarding. I am also of the opinion that you don't really know something until you successfully transfer it to someone else.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My main strength is empathizing with my students, because I know how tough school can be, especially for special-needs students. I also like to supplement my lessons with examples from my experiences; I think it makes my lessons more relatable.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing in tutoring is patience...lots of patience. It's often the case that repeating a concept - however many times, and sometimes in different ways - helps the student really come to grips with it. I think the mark of a good teacher is how much repetition they can tolerate in the course of their instruction.
