I have lots of informal experience helping friends and classmates get up to speed with their maths and physics, which are the two subjects I am strongest in. The most important thing a tutor can do is find the most efficient way to deliver concepts to their students. This will always change for each student, and so a good tutor has to be flexible and receptive to what works and what doesn't.
