What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Yes, I'm used to be a trainer whenever there's a new employee and I feel happy when I trained them especially if they learned from me. Same as tutoring someone as I am happy to share my knowledge with them.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Don't give up on them, if they find difficulty to understand a topic, motivate them. Think of a way where they can understand it based on the level of their understanding. You should have a strategies and option to adjust your way of teaching for them to adopt what you're trying to teach on them. Also, tutor/s must understand well what they're trying to teach to them so that they can be flexible on how to teach a student. Students must also feel comfortable with their tutors so that they can build this good relationship to get into their goals.
