What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The thing I enjoy most about Math tutoring is being able to help others out. Maths was one of my favourite subjects all throughout high school and is still my favourite thing to do, so being able to help others with it brings me the most enjoyment, as I am able to share my fascination and passion for it with others. I also enjoy being a tutor because I know school can be tough at times and knowing that I'm helping someone out and making their journey through highschool a little easier as well as being part of their suppor system is something I love to be apart of.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
No matter what, I will always bring a smile when meeting a student. I believe that a good attitude makes all the difference while tutoring, and creating a happy yet calm atmosphere is essential in a learning environment. Due my past experience as a tutor I have many useful strengths that come in handy, such as communicating clearly and taking different approaches to explain a concept until the student fully understands.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe one of the most important things is to not only be there tutor, but to also be a role model. It's essential that you are able to share your knowledge and understanding in a calm and coherent way, and to ensure the student is happy and satisfied with the help they are getting. It is important to form a connection with them, so they feel comfortable asking for help and can be honest with how they think they are going.
