What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most is being able to not only watch my students progress, but also share it with them. Helping them, whether by simply just giving them a little push in the right direction or by going through the entire syllabus with them, boosts their motivation, and in turn, assists them in succeeding.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As a tutor, I feel as though I am very enthusiastic and passionate - which enables me to keep my students motivated, even when the content or task isn't too exciting. I also believe I am a very persistent individual, which is definitely a requirement of all mentors as at times. Explaining a topic or a concept to an individual may not be easy at first, so it is important to remain patient and optimistic.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do, is to assist students help themselves or to assist them so that they can become an independent learner, and thus, no longer need a tutor. A tutor must also remain enthused and passionate, so that they are able to keep their students motivated and eager to learn. Tutors should always have a positive outlook, and a desire to help others - willing to become involved with their students first hand and in depth. We should also remain reliable - always punctual and dependable, so that our students can rely on us when they are stuck or need clarification.
