What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
The most enjoyable part of the tutoring experience is sharing my knowledge with my students and getting happy when I see them get the concepts they found difficult, and I also believe that sharing my knowledge with others will give me an opportunity for personal growth, and deepen my understanding of the subject and strengthen my skills in explaining a complex concept simply and effectively.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
My strengths are having patience and clarity, I feel as a tutor, I must take time in understanding my student's questions, and explain the concepts several times to the student so that the student understands the concepts well. Another strength I have is effective communication, I will be able to understand the question my students ask me, and provide feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
As a student myself, the important things a tutor can do for a student can provide a clear and simple explanation and help them how to break down a given problem and apply the learned concept in real-life scenarios. And, another important point to note is that every student is unique, so as a tutor, I should be able to adapt to the teaching style to match my student's learning style, ace and provide a supportive environment. Another thing that I learned from my tutors was, being able to encourage self-learning, that is helping the students develop skills in tackling critical thinking questions
