What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love tutoring because I think it is an incredibly beneficial service that can significantly assist a student. I would love to become apart of this program and work with children of all ages. Additionally, I find it very satisfying to be able to assist a student and help them to gain confidence and understanding in difficult concepts so they are able to attempt and solve the problems on their own. Personally, I only had access to tutors when I was in Year 12 and found it incredibly beneficial.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very happy, mature, responsible and personable. I love to work and spend time with younger children and when tutoring would always create a positive and encouraging environment. I am very passionate and confident in Mathematics and would love to be able to tutor students of all ages and abilities in Maths.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a student can do for a student is to personally assist and direct their teaching towards the specific needs of the student. I believe a tutor should also be very patient and understanding, and be persistent as there are so many different ways to teach and explain concepts. I believe a student should never leave a tutorial still questioning concepts.
