What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy helping students develop skills to learn maths and I find it really rewarding knowing that I helped them go from a B to an A. I also feel as though through helping them, they are helping me communicate better to those who I am in charge of mentoring and/or mentoring.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I don't focus on answers but rather I focus on the method and developing a more in depth understanding of why and how we got to the answer. I am fun and the students are comfortable when they don't understand. I encourage the students to show all the working they do and when I work through questions I make sure not to skip any steps and I ask the students if their teachers have skipped any steps they don't understand and I'll talk them through it.Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is make sure that a student is able to understand why they do everything they are doing and then apply it to all questions in particular worded questions which can be rather difficult to comprehend.Tutoring students in π¦ π§
