What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The most I enjoy about my role as a tutor is seeing the personal and academic growth within my students. Through our many interactions, both I, and my students would learn a lot from each other. This may include developing new ways to tackle a problem or even as simple as developing the ability to interact with peers. Regardless, seeing any growth within my students through the lessons I have taught is the most rewarding aspect of being a tutor.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would say my strength as a tutor would include being able to come up with alternative ways to teach students who are unable to learn concepts in the same way as others. This allows me to build a more grounded relationship with these particular students, as I am able to personally understand the way they think. Another strength I possess is patience.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to guide them towards a position of personal and academic growth. Irrespective of whether the students growth is minuscule or large, any sort of development should be rewarded. Thus, it is the role of a tutor to assist their student(s) to cultivate the ability to progress.
