What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
For me the most fulfilling part about tutoring is the chance to meet new students and work with them to help them develop what they are passionate about. Being able to hear that someone achieved the score they needed or even the fact that they are happy that they finally understand something brings me joy because every students deserves to feel the excitement of accopmplishment.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, my strength would be to clearly communicate with students to make sure they are clealry understanding what they are learning. Double checking if they understand and being able to explain something again if they don't. I am not very shy when it comes to being around students so being social is a key part of my strengths. I am very focused and always stay on track when i need to complete anything, and this is very useful when working with younger students. I like to make learning an interesting and fun experience and which I learnt from my experience with my own teachers.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is instill confidence in them. By doing so , this motivates and encourages students to keep learning and aiming to do their best. It's also very important for tutors to allow students the experience making mistakes and working with the students to collaboratively find the solutions so they are aware of how to avoid the same mistakes again. These experiences are vital to their learning as it can be quite daunting at first, but it is the best way to learn.

Working with money needs improvement but also dependent of multiplication which requires some work as well. Addition and subtraction could use some work for bigger numbers and improve counting without fingers.
