What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I really enjoy working independently with one single student or a small group. I can understand the student, their school life, and their struggles in subjects. Where I can focus on improving student's weaknesses and modify assessments/exercises that are suitable to their level. I think tutoring is very effective in improving student's learning.

Tutoring can give personalized instruction that meet their personal needs. In addition, the tutor can build a better relationship with the student and parents rather than in-school environment, where teachers need to take care of around 20 students, not focus on personal needs.
