What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Having worked as a tutor and a classroom teacher, I find tutoring more professionally gratifying. A tutor gets more flexibility of time and opportunities to uplift students' knowledge level. Identifying and working on the gaps in students' concept, it gives immense fulfillment to see students optimize their potential.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Identifying the gaps in students' concept, I direct my efforts towards a more aligned and channelized formation of knowledge chunks. My strength as a tutor lies in making a child self-motivated and an independent learner through interactive strategies and guided-practice. I place a lot of emphasis on assessments too. I also make myself available to my students to resolve their queries (on phone or through internet) between the tutoring sessions.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Students spend a major part of a day in school. Many children are unable to get the most of it due to time-constraints and lack of individual attention in a class. However, there are a few students who maintain attention and focus in a classroom environment. Reason is they are more prepared than the rest. If a child follows what is happening in class, his/her interest will be generated. A tutor's achievement is when kids harness the best from their classroom lessons by forming sound conceptual schemes beforehand.This is also an excellent way to instill confidence and independence among them.
