I really enjoy learning, and I believe that the learning process is not a compulsion, but should be engaging and involving. I learnt the difference when I transitioned from high school to university. I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for his/her students is to individualise the learning process. This means adapting to the individual's learning style, learning their strengths and weaknesses and tailoring the teaching style to cater for each, and keeping track of their progress. Instilling confidence in the student is also vital to their growth.
