What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I think for me it will be independence and connection. It is a job where you decide the direction of your role. The connections you form with students by learning their fears and insecurities, to learning their life goals and ambitions, to even learning their life philosophies, you see different perspectives about life and how to approach different situations. It is really fulfilling to give back value to my students.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

According to me, as a tutor, I have skills:- 1. Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills: Teachers must be able to communicate information effectively and engagingly to keep their student’s attention and by speaking to them one on one. 2. Adaptability: Communication goes beyond simply talking. It continues once the teacher stops speaking and begins to listen. The classroom teacher must be able to quickly read students’ trait expressions. 3. Patience: You must have the patience to successfully address their issues without making them feel uncomfortable.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor can do: 1. Identify areas for improvement: The very first thing a tutor should do for their students is to identify which skills they need to work on. For example: communication or any algebraic formula. 2. Problem-solving: A tutor should have the ability to identify a problem and create solutions, contributes to a beneficial tutoring experience for students. 3. Time Management: Being able to manage their time productively means they can make sure tutoring sessions don't go overtime.
