Interacting with the students, as not only will it improve collaboration but also public speaking which are both useful no matter what occupation you undertake in the future. I believe that perseverance and collaboration are 2 of the most crucial factors which can facilitate ones learning, because only through collaboration and forming a more intimate relationship (such as friends) which in turn will allow the student to openly express the questions they're not too sure of without feeling nervous, as nerve can hinder ones ability to learn.
