I really enjoy building a relationship with a student and seeing the progress they can make through our hard work together. Students becoming more confident in their academic can help all aspects of their life and to have a part in this is incredibly rewarding.

I like to be as prepared as possible going into each lesson which can maximise the teaching and learning that takes place. I can also assess each student individually and through differentiation create a plan and approach which best suits their learning style and needs.
