I think i'm very encouraging when I teach and I also do my best to help students find the answers themselves instead of just giving them answers consistently. I'm very patient with students and know that school is hard and they aren't going to know everything. I was not a straight A students after year 9 but have learnt a lot since then so have lots of study tips and motivation tricks, too.
