What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
When you work with a student for months or even years, you get to know them on both an academic and personal level. Each week you see small improvements in their learning, and that ability to look back and see progress is truly rewarding. Beyond this, I can recognize how each student helps me grow and be a better person, through seeing a new outlet and perspective on life and its forthcomings.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Everyone is completely unique, and acknowledging that as a tutor is one of the most important things that can be done. When every persons brain works in a complex and individual matter, we have to understand that their learning style is also unique. I know that finding what works best for each student is difficult, but I know the ways to find this and work the student to help them best understand. At the end of the day, this job is about enabling students to reach their full potential, and one-on-one focused learning is a great means of achieving this.Most important things I can do for a student π
