I am well learned in how to combat student's variety of behaviours through personal experiences as well as study groups at University. This understanding can bridge any barriers I may have with them. Being open. It is so crucial that the tutor is inviting and welcoming so the student does not feel uncomfortable. You can only learn in an environment which is safe, comfortable, and considerate of whatever circumstances you are facing. Without taking these as the foundation, teaching students is far from reach. Listening. Even though one may be the tutor, in the end, the lesson is for student so the tutor should make sure at regular intervals that they are actively listening.
