What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

During my time as a Pre-Service Teacher, I found that seeing students finally 'get' a particularly challenging topic was a genuinely fulfilling experience for me, since it showed the student that they were able to grasp what was previously out of reach.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

Not only am I studying a degree in education, I am also in possession of a wide range of subject knowledge beyond my chosen field (history), meaning I can incorporate multiple disciplines during my lessons to enhance a child's interdisciplinary learning.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is to teach their student the theory behind a particular topic and give them the tools to learn effectively on their own. Instead of simply teaching the student the correct answers for a test.
