What I love most about tutoring is seeing the kids' faces when they are happy and are able to achieve their goals. Furthermore, I love kids and enjoy having conversations with them as well as helping them in some way

My opinion is that the most important thing a tutor can do is understand the child and his needs. Every child is unique, has different interests and has different learning milestones, so a tutor must be able to understand the needs and work accordingly.
