I believe the most important thing is to identify the fundamental improvement in study technics that the specific student can utilise to study more effectively. I believe the tutor should ideally tailor the class to individual students' needs, know their individual weaknesses and teach them how to learn instead of just teaching them the knowledge they need to know.
