My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a tutor are that I understand the struggle that learning a new concept can be. I am patient and I do not mind going over things several times until the student and I are both satisfied. I feel that I am creative enough that if someone is not understanding a concept in one way, I may be able to come up with an explanation that describes the problem in other terms. I am friendly and approachable, so that students feel comfortable around me. A weakness that I might have as a tutor is that I expect a lot of my students. This may be daunting for some students.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To build their confidence in themselves. As a tutor, I feel that I facilitate a student's learning. I wish to foster not only an increase in knowledge and skills, but also a growing self-confidence of the students' own abilities.
