My strength would be the ability to connect to the students, by building a relationship of trust and make them feel comfortable, while providing and teaching in the best way possible to make them love the subject. My weakness is that I would be a perfectionist in a way that I would strive to give my best to a student who does not love the subject, so that in the end the student realises how it can be easy to understand and he can succeed.
