What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Working through problems with students is the best thing about tutoring. Too often we forget that problem solving can also be really fun. For me, fostering critical thinking is the most important part of tutoring.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I know what it's like to struggle with maths in high school and so relate to students who may be less confident. My approach is to break exercises down into little parts, helping identify where the problems are. In terms of qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, with a double major in Pure Mathematics and Statistics WAM 85.1, GPA 3.8. I have also been tutoring for three years now.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To help them become confident and self-sufficient in the subject! I work to fill the gaps in knowledge that often hold students back from achieving all they are capable of.
