What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
My parents have always been invested in my education, so I began studying Math from a young age, leading to my current passion and success in Math Advanced and Extension 1. Math was a rewarding subject for me and the satisfaction I felt when I would solve a difficult question or grasp a new concept was what made Math my favourite subject. If I have the chance to tutor other students, I hope to help them feel the same satisfaction and exhilaration.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
From years 5-12, I attended numerous tuition centres and learnt from many different tutors. Thus, as a tutor, I believe I would be able to teach students in a way that is personalised for them to get the most out of each session. When I attended tuition during years 11 and 12 I found that while most tutors and tuition places offer the same material and standard of learning, the best tutors were the ones that were willing and able to take that extra step to help their students. I really appreciated my tutors who gave up their own time to answer any questions I had and even spend hours outside of class explaining difficult concepts.
