I think some of my greatest strengths as a tutor are patience and empathy. I'm a good listener and communicator that always tries to encourage critical thinking while still keeping the student on track. Since all students learn differently I do my best to identify and work with each students individual learning style. Learning doesn't have to be difficult!Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing for a tutor is to understand what the student needs and work through those blocks with positive reinforcement. Some students have a hard time understanding concepts while others have no faith in themselves and struggle to retain information.
