What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is continuous learning. By teaching subjects, we have learned before we learn a lot from students themselves by resolving their queries. I love imparting knowledge in a very interactive manner so students enjoy studying the subject. Personally, I have always loved teaching and meeting new students.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor are talking to my students as a friend. I want all my students to be extremely talkative in class and resolve issues by discussing it with not only me but with their peers as well. I like searching for interactive worksheets or diagrams to explain each concept in much more detail. Being a design student I would like to incorporate my technological skills to make my students better understand the subjects with a lot of interdependent tasks.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be understanding of their problems. Each and every student is different some grasp things easier than others while students may require some extra attention. A tutor also needs to keep on testing the understanding of each student as well by taking interactive tests or having viva discussions. Tutors need to clearly understand where their students stand as well in terms of their understanding.
