What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring is the outcome of a tutoring session which is that I have been able to help someone with something and I can see significant improvements.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my strengths as a tutor are that I’m patient, organised, perseverant and realistic. Patience is important when helping a student as they can often become frustrated if they don’t understand something, and therefore this can help them to calm down and persevere. Organisation is important for making sure the student has the right materials needed to learn, especially in a structured manner. Perseverance is important as a tutor may need to help encourage the student to strive to do better. Being realistic is also important so that a student is able to achieve their goals.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe constant assistance and perseverance are the most important things a tutor can offer for a student. Constant assistance means helping a student even out of the tutor’s working hours which shows dedication and a real benevolent mentality. Perseverance means that the student is always being encouraged to do better especially when they become frustrated or don’t believe that they can do something.
