What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring, as opposed to class teaching, is more personalized in nature. The more the interactions with the student, the more the student becomes confident and better in the subject. Additionally, tutoring impacts a learner both academically and socially. The opportunity to be part of someone's life, to help them uncover and discover their strengths and eventually achieve their ultimate goal, is the most enjoyable dynamic in the tutoring process. secondly, meeting new people with different personalities is amazing. it boosts confidence and helps a tutor to acquire cultural/social competence.
