Tutoring is a daunting task as one needs to understand the principle of 'Individual Difference' which is the core of tutoring. I keep this in mind and try to be flexible with the way concepts are explained to a child. If the child does get it, I behave patiently and explain it again untill the child understands it.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Most importantly, a student should be motivated and encouraged so that he studies with interest. He should be made to feel that if he failed to understand a concept once, it is perfectly fine and he should keep trying.
