What I most enjoy is seeing that light bulb moment in people eyes, the point where I can take my hands off and let the student take the reins because they finally get it. No matter the process to get there if I can make a student finally "get it" I am satisfied

From working with kids of all ages in communicating technology for school open days and doing public speaking events I have learnt how to break things down to many different levels. No matter if I talk to a primary school kid or a school's dux I can communicate idea and thoughts effectively.

A tutor is meant to give a kid a love of learning, its not all about the letter grade, if a tutor can get a kid interested in a topic the kid will want to learn more.
