What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to make a real difference in a student's learning journey. Watching students grow in their understanding and confidence is incredibly rewarding. The reason why I pursue the Master of Teaching and wanting a formal start with tutoring comes from the passion of helping those students to reach their potential. I enjoy adapting explanations to suit each student's learning style and seeing the progress they make, knowing that I’ve helped support their success.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strength as a tutor lies in my experience with customer service, which has equipped me with strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach, enabling me to connect well and adapt to individual learning needs. Furthermore, that I am confident with strong foundation in mathematics, advanced by my high school achievements in Extension 1 and Extension 2. Most importantly, the real strength is my commitment to foster positive learning environment helps students build confidence and remain motivated through out.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student is building confidence, encourage a growth mindset and provide tailored support that addresses the student's challenges. By creating a supportive, encouraging environment, a student can feel more comfortable asking for help and making mistakes, which are the essential steps to learn. Equally important is that this helps students build resilience, and understand improvements come from consistent efforts.
