What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The ability to watch students grow and learn concepts taught that they are able to understand effectively and being able to watch students smile joyously based on the grades that they have achieved through hard work. The thing I enjoy about being a tutor is watching the student grow step by step academically and be able to absorb and understand what they learnt rather than just learning what is taught but never understanding why it is needed. I want students to be able to enjoy learning rather than just looking at the given work and exaggerating the extent that it is too difficult.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being able to build rapport quickly with all my students and explain concepts in a way that makes sense to the student themselves. I understand that every student learns at a different pace and not all students will learn the method that is taught, so I think of ways that can assist with the students learning and allow them to incorporate the method that best works for them.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Guiding and assisting the student along their academic path allows them to love the concept of being able to learn and grasp new ideas. Being able to provide the students with a lot of feedback that allows them to learn from their mistakes and asking questions consistently provides the students reassurance that they understand the work that is taught.
