I like working with people specially helping them to overcome their problems. So as a tutor I thoroughly enjoy assisting my students and motivate them to improve their scores. First and foremost, tutor should build the confidence of students by motivating and pointing out their areas of expertise. This can be done through identifying their strengths and weakness and their learning styles. Additionally, tutor should be able to use variety of strategies instead of relying only one way of explanation.
