What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love being able to work with students to understand concepts they find challenging, and help them find joy in studying. For students who may be falling behind, they may be feeling particularly frustrated and lose motivation, so it is very rewarding when I experience them catching up to their peers and enjoy learning.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have experience with tutoring, particularly younger students (primary aged). I am able to work with students with varying ability levels, adapting to be able to break down challenging concepts into more understandable ideas. I have also received an ATAR of 97.10 in high school (VCE), so I believe I have the knowledge and ability to help other students improve their skills and grades.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing is to understand the student and create an environment where they are comfortable to ask questions or express when they do not understand something. We should be able to adapt teaching methods depending on the student and what works best for them. We should encourage and motivate them, and make sure they know they can do it.
