The part I enjoy the most about tutoring is seeing students grow not only academically but also in their confidence and self esteem. My strengths as a tutor I believe are that Iām a listener and I first always try to understand what the student wants and requires in order to grow academically and holistically without pressuring and stressing the student out. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to firstly just listen and understand the student needs and wants.
