What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Not just helping someone understand the coursework (which is important), but actually getting them to enjoy it or understand why it's important. Just rote-learning to success is no fun and just not good for anyone long-term.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I think my empathy - it's really important to tutoring not only that you understand the content but why someone else does not understand it. If you can do that you can really help someone.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

Make them feel safe/comfortable - if they're anxious about learning that could really hinder their future education. This sounds really clichΓ© but I think it's important to teach someone to learn/enjoy learning. People who find acquiring skills/information as a chore will have trouble progressing anywhere.
