I believe that the most enjoyable aspect about tutoring is the interaction between tutor and students, the mutual bond formed between each other. It is a rewarding feeling to watch your student overcome their challenges with your guidance as well as watch them grow into confident striving learners.

I can confidently ensure to my students are engaged with the resources I provide that are not only essential, but creative and catered towards my students' needs effectively with my management skills. I am able to deeply empathise with my students of their challenges in learning content that they may struggle to understand with active communication and listening skills. With challenges, I understand that it takes time to master the topic. Thus, I can provide the utmost patience my student needs at the moment and progressively with efficient time management and flexibility.

I believe that active communication and listening skills is key to a students' improvement in their learning. Without it, there is no point in teaching something that is finally going to ended up misunderstood or even not understood at all. Receiving and providing active feedbacks between students and tutor is essential for the tutor to provide the best guidance their student needs in order to reach their potential. Also, flexibility and time management is a must as students will have unexpected circumstances that may occur which a tutor should able to adapt to quickly and effectively.
